once upon a time at [sauchiehall street]

once upon a time… I used to live at sauchiehall street in glasgow! I walked up and down that street, everyday!… I used to stop at borders bookstore for some coffee, [sometimes i would even eat a chocolate muffin!], and for the opportunity to read some nice magazines [sometimes even a book!] … I remember that I used to like to go to the children's area… they always had some nice activities going on and some book readings for the children; after that, I would go to the travel's section of the bookstore which made me dream of some nice, exotic (and warm) destinations to visit around the world! Sometimes, I would even meet my brother there…, and in that warm space, we would spend some relaxing time reading magazines… and of course, dreaming of surfing!
When coming back home from uni., I used to go to the supermarket and buy some milk for the charity organization, that usually by the supermarket door asked the people passing by, if it was possible to buy milk so that they could give it to the people that didn't have food! (sometimes, I would even go in with the only purpose of buying the milk for them!). and a little bit further up the street, at the street corner,to be more precise!, I used to give apples to a man, that almost everyday, at that same place, was also asking for some charity money, from the people passing by! [everytime I gave him an apple, he used to laugh at me!]
Once in a while, walking down the street, I would see a highlander, wearing his kilt! And when the night came, all the drunk people heading back home, would almost, crowd the street!, after an evening/ night out, drinking at the pubs.
Sometimes, I used to go to the clothe's stores… other times I would simply go to the cinema and watched a movie! other times, I would go to the willow tea rooms for some nice and relaxing time! I got used to hearing "hi love", "how 'r u doin' today, love" and "cheerio"! there were some evenings that I used to spend at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall, listening to some orchestras, jazz bands, classical music ...
and every now and then, I went to the garage [“with the gang”], where we would listen to some live concerts! usually ended up staying there all night (which meant till 1am or 2 am)!; other times I would go to this other pub o´neills! and when heading back home, to baird hall, after a night out, I would have some fish and chips!
